Ribbons Bows

I find small, very small cylinder-shaped pieces on my shelves in my closet wood. What are they?

I do not see any bugs or any other sign of bugs, but I'm afraid to move clothing and bags because I'm deathly afraid of bugs and spiders especially big. I want to know what I'm business with before I move forward. They are extremely small, but you can see the shape of them and the color brown. I think they are the droppings of an insect. Does anyone know what are they? Cockroaches hide? I have never seen any other sign of living when I Open the door!

Call an exterminator ASAP. Whether it's cockroaches, mice, termites, or any other pest, it is not helping you delay in waiting for answers here. Early stop anything better.
