What pays better? Artist or director of the film?

Okay.I really want to be a Director. But I also want to be a artist.Everyone said I should be a director, but I wanted to be an artist since I started drawing! (Age 3). I do wish to art what Professor fast.My I already signed for an artist school. But the class, she signed me is Directing.I really want to be a artist, but I heard most people do not care about art and not paying well.I can already picture it. cute little shop where I can get my art on display. In some back room there will be a bridge and all my art supplies. There will also be a small stool in front of easel. That is where I will draw portraits.I really want this dream, but everyone says I should be an administrator and I'm stuck! HELP!

I did a test career and facilitator went # 1 for me. Graphic Arts deals with many areas drawing / art. Visual Arts is also a diploma, you can consider. I do not know what you must be a film director, but I suggest you do the degrees / qualifications you might need. I have always lived with something to fall back on. As you might guess, I am the way, including art, but I have all the science courses in secondary school choice (accepting Physics 12). There is no such thing as being too cautious.
