Confetti Dot

I dont know what happened to me earlier on today
but for some reason..
all of a sudden i saw what looked like really bright silver glitter
it was lke someone had just thrown sliver peices of confetti all around me
they weren't little dots either, they were more of a rectangle shape
so after about 3 or 4 seconds they disappeared but then came back again for another few seconds?
so does anyone know what this is because sometimes my eyes will just kinda glaze over and i feel like i can't blink or move them
i always suffer from going verrry light headed when i stand up and my head really hurts
i've fallen over a few times because of it
(sorry i think im begining to write an essay here)
iknow thats called hypo.. something
But what could all of this be?
low BP? low sugar levels?

It could be a number of things, but I'd go to the Emergency Room and make sure you don't have a detached retina. A detached retina if not treated could cause blindness. Better to be safe than sorry.
