how many weeks will vaseline healthy body lotion makes my skin white right?

I use this lotion for 1 week, 2 times daily once in the morning when I go out but when I go home in the afternoon I wash it because I sweat a lot and once at night when I sleep.i not noticed any change in my skin colour.please tell me how many days does it start working or when my skin fair?

yaar they say to sell products, but believe me all the wrong chemicals can not make someone right, and if so, why are negros black umm why? tell me.
