Stems Each
Posted in Ribbons | No Comments »How and where to cut the stems of dead plants in the house?
I plant in my house that I'm not sure the name of which has three stems indivdual long and lean (dragon tree-shaped but much greener) springing from the dirt ... there are bursts of Green Leaves coming out of each stem, but only at the top ... the majority of each rod is to bare dirt ... One of the three rods is dead and no longer leaves at the top. Part lower stem is still green, but the top (where the leaves would have been before) now has browned and shrivled up. I wonder what the best thing to do to promote new growth? Should I cut the stem dead in some way just below the browning where the stem is still green, or just cut down all the dirt?
I just want to reduce it to dirt. If there are no leaves left on the stem, then there is little chance of new growth. Just get rid of and let the plant focus its energy on two other rods.
