In Harvest moon island of happiness, I have a Red Heart next to Vaughn's head and....I need to know exactly how many people need to be in the village for your man to accept the blue feather? PLZ HELP!
To get married you have to have met the 23 main characters. Besides the church people it doesn't matter if they are living on the island currently as long as you have talked to them all of them at least once. Those other people who have no picture when you talk to them don't matter.
