Ribbons Bows

For classic black pumps, do you patent leather or classic?

I wondered for a pair of platform, round toe pumps 4-5 inches, do I splurge on a classic, but leather mat, or an appointment for a pair of patent leather?

Patents for sure. They are much more modern that way. Matte leather reminds me of my grandmother when it comes to shoes.
