what does it mean when someone says:?

:tighten your abdominal muscles by gently pulling you navel toward your spine,goose stepping,hip-width apart,flex your foot,pull you stoumach torward your spine,curl your back,spine in neutral

and tell me how to do it

it sounds like a basic crunch.
