the super glue is stone dry and the pyjamas are made of cotton
You could dissolve it with fingernail polish remover, but that will leave a white spot on your PJ's. If it's a small spot cut it away and sow a patch over the hole, it's not like your going out in public with them on. If it's a small one you could darn it. Ask your grandma, it's an old art used to patch small holes in fabric that were common many years ago when most clothing was made of wool.
