Macaw Parrot

We just received a severe Macaw Parrot 8 years as a family pet. The first week we had it, I wanted nothing to do with him, he danced around, and go to my husband and mother. Finally one day I aproached him out of curiosity. He immediately started to say hello, and jumped on my hand, then my shoulder and now he hates everyone but me. He shouted my husband yesterday for "get out of here!" He bites people then said "Ouch" and then laugh as I do, it's crazy! He even leaves his cage (which is large) and comes to me if I'm sitting in the living room! I'm really curious about what draws me to him so much. Does anyone know?
LOL You should be happy that your bird loves you so much <3 Well, I think you give postive vibes and all other peoples. Because generally the birds in particular, are only thinking. So that's what I think .. hope this cures your curiosity. LOL <3
