I used an ostrich feather duster in my eyes swollen, I have a rash on the face, is this an allergic reaction?

I played with the feather duster with my cats, I planned and 1 h later, my eyes were swollen and very itchy. Then the next day I developed a fine rash on my face all over, even my lips. Is this an allergic reaction, I've never been close Ostrich Feathers before. I threw it away thats for you. It was the only thing I did different that day. Please advise. I want to say thank you to everyone for the answers now I'll get an antihistamine. I've never had an allergic reaction to something so I was not sure. But the responses helped me feel more secure it is an allergic reaction. I had cats all my life if it could not be them. Thank you again guys

Yep. Deffinetly an allergic reaction. You should consult your doctor about cream for your face.
