I have a pendant of Cornwall eclipse of 1999?

This is an open oval with a castle on it in the bottom right corner. Registration said: "Total Solar Eclise - August 11, 1999 - Cornwall" It is made of 9ct gold and is about 4 cm and 3 cm in I know it's a long shot, but can someone tell me who made it, if limited and anything. all its design and whose castle is it? There is a stamp on the back that says ICJ, but Google brings up nothing.

If you want to know about it and nothing is in the google search, you should try go out and have it examined by an expert. The vouchers can actually tell where it originated. I do not know if this is old enough for the experts, since it is from 1999.
