Permanent Glue

Like hook rugs with strips of cloth, but finding the sewing strips together very long. I was wondering if there is a quality fabric glue that will withstand washing and also the test of time. It would be my life much easier. If someone has already tried a good fabric glue please let me know. Thank you very much and I'll give you the best response by 10 points. Have a good one.
Fabri-tac single point are both good fabric glue. Fabri-tac is a little more Heavy Duty so I would use this - And it does not wash either.
