Ribbon Burgundy

Interschool is coming up! So I thought that I would make a special browband with my school colours, which are navy, white and burgundy. So I bought 3 rolls of ribbon. Each are 1cm wide and 3 metres long. The browband is 1 1/2 centimeters wide....... The only thing is, I am not sure how to make a browband with 3 ribbons...a link,video or easy step - by - step instructions would be great.

You will have to overlap them some, and either sew them or glue them together.
Or, put one of the ribbons behind and in the center of the other two, and sew or glue it like that.
Brow bands that you purchased in a store used to have the two ends gathered onto one piece of elastic, so it would ride snug on your head, instead of falling off or sliding.
Or, buy a piece of fabric, cut it to the right width, and topstitch or glue the three ribbons to that. Gather the material onto elastic at the ends. I would choose this method. That way you could see all of all three ribbons, and they would be more secure.
