Ribbon Grosgrain

Start one end of the hoop. With a small drop of glue from a Glue Gun, inside the strip of tape to the end of 1 / 2 "from the end and apply the glue. Make sure you start packing you hold well, and overlapping each wrap. About a 1 / 2" from the other end of the hoop, wrap the tape around the end and this is also the glue. After you paste the end still packing the place where you leave to cover the rest. Cut the end, slide it under and with a safety pin or toothpick to apply glue under the fold. Walla! Happy crafting!
