Ribbon Korker

I already know how to curl ribbon platic, but how do you stay in a loop Ribbon? How have you tried or found work best for Curling Ribbon material? I could have done more than a hundred arcs of the coiled tape that I'm also looking for an inexpensive way to do it ...
For more fabric tape curvature, spiral desired length of ribbon around a dowel, pencil, a wooden spoon handle or similar object, making sure it does not touch or overlap. What do you use vary depending on the effect you want. Secure both ends of the ribbon using a small piece of tape or even clothespins. Once you get your ribbon wrapped and secure, generously spray the ribbon with spray starch. Make sure all parts are covered or ribbon and let it dry completely ribbon. It is best to stick it somewhere so that the tape is still standing and not touching any other surface dries. Once dry, you can drag the ribbon curled out of the ankle. Different types of tape will react differently so you can test this method on a small piece front cover tape too!
