Need name and recipe for indian appetizer: spicy round, green inside, crust outside. Kind of crumbly...Help?

I am looking for a name and recipe for an indian appetizer. It was vegetarian in small, round, 1 inch balls. It was kind of spicy and was pretty Bright Green on the inside. It had a crusty pastry shell. The inside had some sort of seed (cumin?). It was crumbly and so good!
Nevermind. I got a hold of the chef and they were called kachori.

It would be Koftas. But there are many different sorts, so you'd have to google to find different recipes.
