My little sister is whipping her stuffed animals, is there something wrong?

OK, my little sister is 12. Recently, she won Swiss Army knife and my brother made a whip and several sharp sticks. His friend came to help make these weapons, then they put up toys Upholstered in our backyard. They then ran around with their homemade weapons and began whipping and stabbing dolls. Do I ask my parents to take her to talk to someone, because I really do not think that this is normal.

No, this is not normal. It seems as she is very angry against something and someone needs to teach him to manage his anger better before it moves to a another level. I could understand if she just threw a toy or hit immediately after something has happened but that it is went to such effort to make weapons is a big red flag.
