What is the best way to install synthetic corks in wine bottles?

I'm breaking my guts trying to install synthetic closures for the first time. I need some advice from you pros out there. Serious replies only please!

In the same way as natural corks. Boil them long enough to sterilize them, then compress them and push them into your capper.
