I can do custom drawings or paintings for people.Is there a website where people can request something for me to draw, and then I'll draw it? as opposed to me just selling already made art?

Yes, www.etsy.com is designed for artists to showcase their work. The main sites like amazon and ebay are better for well known items, but the people that are looking on etsy would prefer something that you have made yourself.
