Does Anyone Play pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky? i need help.?

i need to evolve my riolu into lucario but i need a sun ribbon. . .were do i get one . . shimmer hill and mystifying forest never have it. is there any wonder mails. or do you know any wonder mail genorators for explorers of sky? any help would be nice thanks =]

U dont need a sun ribbon, just feed your riolu lots of gummis at the spina calf!
every gummi u feed it, check its summary.
it might say it could evolve!
just so after you beat darkrai, that is the only way to evolve riolu.
unless youv been feeding it before darkrai.
