Leather Beads

I would like to know what I am doing wrong. After I put the beads on the leather is curling up;
THis link may help you but not having beading as one of my hobbies the only thing I can tell you is from working with the hobbies I have, if you pull the string, or what ever is used to hold the bead together too tight the article will curl up. You may want to loosen it and see if that will stop it. Hopefully the link will help you.
