Why did they do this? ( Pokemon Heart Gold spoiler!)?

Why did they change the name of the Tin Tower to Bell Tower!? Seriously, what were they thinking!?

Probably because people got confused when guides said to go to Tin tower when there was no tower made of tin instead it had bells. Also bell tower may be a more accurate Japanese translation then tin tower.
