What is the difference between the silk organza and poly organza?

I was wondering what are the differences between these two materials? Are there large differences to look only move differently, would notice the differences untrained eye between the two?

Organza Fabric, either silk, rayon or polyester, are typically thin, stiff, and a tissue surface slightly transparent. They are produced in a number of weight different, with Sheer Organza fabric is much sharper and heavy organza fabric actually be quite steep. Silk organza - A peak, which is lightweight organza moderately steep.
