Ribbons Bows

What color shirt would look good under a red dress with White Polka dots?

I'm always horrible at finding shirts to go under dresses, but I really need one. The red is pretty bright and the polka dots are medium sized.

I think Minnie Mouse wears a black one under her red dress with white polka dots.
