Cartoon children with Polka Dotted Red Monster?

I remember the cartoon (perhaps on PBS) with this monster thing / elephant shaped (without the nose). He had red spots and her face was shaped like the face of PBS logo (just a piece of a triangle for the nose). Does anyone remember name?
