How well does purple shampoo work to get rid of yellow blonde highlights?

I went with two shades of blonde highlights. I like the "white" blonde one the best. The other blonde looks too yellow on me. I am pale and have cool undertones such as blue eyes. So the lighter, whiter, cooler blondes look best with my skin tone.

They wrk very well over time, but be careful...they will build up on some of the highlights that you do like...making them look grey-ish. Use it for a few days in a row, then use your regular shampoo. Use it once a week for maintnence.
