Chic Victorian

If I had a good wicked cool theme for my room and I would now like to transfer my ideas to my room. However, I have absolutely no idea how paint my walls. My bedroom furniture is dark oak and Victorian iron / set whimsical. I already have black and white photos of the Eiffel Tower, and other Photos chic black and white. I plan to purchase bedding in black and white with a kind of gloss or paisley print with pink accents. I do not want to seem childish, but I want to somehow integrate black and white with pink accent. My ceilings are low and I do not have much wall space. Any ideas?
