Turquoise Rooster

I have two hens and rooster 1 .. ive them since they were little chicks .. the two chickens used to be my favorite because they would always come to me .. Now they are older, they are still at large Me .. I can never get them .. the rooster is the only one who used me away .. I can easily recover the two .. chicken freak out every time I do .. I have have a death grip to keep them or they fly .. I let them go out every day .. clean their cage every day .. and give them fresh all the time .. I do not think that's how all the chickens are .. I just think mine are not nice .. They are a mixed breed .. Polish and a half and something else .. their pitch black in turquoise feathers .. I'm not sure if its the race or not .. Any one who is familiar with chickens might know what the problem .. If Please help! Thank you!
I also have two chickens. When I have them. they were beautiful and now I have the same problem. I try to give them their space and Owen to give them fruit, but I hand feed her. so they seem like a bit more (:
