i have a crap load of morning glory flowers growing in my yard and i heard you can make wine from them, how?
also what are the effects?
I wouldn't recommend it, but you would do same as any flower wine:
Bunch of fresh blossoms
Bunch of sugar or honey
Bunch of water
couple of lemons for acid
some yeast
Mix, slow ferment, drink
Parts of this plant were historically thought to be psychoactive hallucinogens, such as the seeds. More recent thought is the ergoline alkaloids come from a form of ergot fungus that has formed a symbiotic relationship with the host plant.
In any case, the "effects" are likely to either be a rather bland sugar hooch or a convulsive acid trip that will temporarily drive you violently insane. The "effects" will not be a "wow man, that was far out" kind of trip but a hellish one, and the poison may, in fact, kill you if you take too much.
